- App is garbage. As others have said you have to open the app. Close it. ReOpen it in order to use live preview. If that's not annoying enough, go to use playback and the app force closes. EVERY TIME!! The camera system itself is decent for the price. Would I recommend? No! I've had this system for a couple months now and cant say I will still have it in a couple more. Dont let my experience ruin your decision. However I would take consideration on all the reviewa.
- Live view will not load. When you go over to devices nothing appears until you stop and restart the app. Getting it to connect even once the device reappears is a gamble. Very poor app. My first Zosi system, third system though (installed numerous). I'll change my review once/if the app improves.
- Hopefully people review the App reviews before buying the system, unlike what I did. Like other reviews, I spent two days running wires and setting up cameras only to find out I can only get onto the App 1 out of maybe 25 times I try. For the last 3 days I have not been able to get on at all. When....if.... I do get on, the video is as I expected. But I cannot get it to record and have spent too much money on accessories needed to run the system. Waste of money, very frustrating to use. Do not buy if you value time or money.
- Worse app ever. Just got cameras for our church and I know all about technology, followed instructions and does not work. Says connecting failed. We put right password and username on both app and system. Still nothing. Been working on it for almost 3.5 hours.. Nothing. Very frustrating
- The worst. So glad I spent 2 days installing wired cameras just to find the app useless. Have to load the cameras every time you launch. If you go back in after launching, fails. Have to force close and start again. Completely unable to review recorded footage from app (from DVR not much better). After a week, I have to go back into DVR to get cloud management to reconnect by fiddling around, just to get app to work kind of again. Considering ripping the whole thing down and returning.
